DIY Hand and Face Soap * Body Wash * Cleaning
Hopefully you are ready to change over TO Soaps, Shampoos, Conditioners, Hand Soaps and Laundry and Cleaning products that are safe. It takes about 26 seconds for the largest organ in your body (your skin) to soak up whatever you are allowing on your skin and everyone in your family.
Most of what you are using is full of toxic products.
The ingredients are carcinogenic, hormone disrupters and allergy contributors, ( Eczema and more)! On a smartphone there is a Free App called “Think Dirty” it will scan the barcode and show you a 0-10 rating — 10 being the worse and you can click ingredients to see what is the cause, not every product is listed on there yet, but it is growing fast, and what really surprised me was that the Natural products I was buying from health food and chain stores were getting ratings of 7+………….
Here is my first recipe for a Face and Body Wash:
**1/2 cup Dr. Bronner’s Castile Soap Scented, Plain or Baby Mild, I tried Rose, Lavender and Baby Mild (love them all) –Diverse pure soap, chemical free and very inexpensive. ** 1 cup of Pure boiled and cooled clean water or Green Tea infused and cooled water. **2 Tablespoons of Witch Hazel with Aloe Vera, this is good for tightening the skin tissues, helps clear acne, cools sunburn skin, diaper rash and refines pores. ** 1 Tablespoon of Avocado Oil, this contains Vitamins A–D–& E Vitamin E is an antioxidant helping to scavenge free radicals and also it is hydrating, non greasy, will not clog pores, stimulates collagen production and may reduce age spots and fade scars. ** 1 Tablespoon RAW Honey the honey is optional, it is important not to use regular honey that has been pasteurized because that kills all the natural raw honey’s nutritional properties. raw honey is antibacterial, antimicrobial, moisturizing and more.
Then add in your YOUNG LIVING Essential Oils:
Just mix well by hand and pour into a clean empty soap dispenser……..
Now that you have these ingredients at home no more running to the store when running low!!
Saves you money just go mix up a new batch!!!
